These states don't matter in the general. Obama, however, is MUCH more competetive in states like Virginia, Colorado, and New Mexico. States that Dems actually have a shot at taking. WV and Kentucky? They don't even matter. Hillary could've got 99.0% of the vote in Kentucky and would still be dumb to brag, because there's no way the state would go for either her or Obama (or ANY Democrat) in the general. Same goes for WV.

So what you're saying is...some states matter and some states dont.

Gee, where did I hear this before...gimme a minute it'll come to me.

I don't care that people voted, obviously, since this is a democracy (Hillary has no one but herself to blame for jumping on the bandwagon and bitching with everyone else about Florida and Michigan). It's just that the Clintons are so in denial right now it isn't even funny.

They went from being all about big states (until they felt it appropriate to punish two of them), to all of the sudden being the self-proclaimed saviors of democracy in an election year when Obama kicked their ass, kissing up to the states they once scolded, to now being fixated on states that are heavily Republican that they'll never get.

Sure these states matter, but only to a certain extent. Hillary is fooling herself, she knows she has to be.

Who mentioned MI and FL? Obama and his supporters criticized Hill for diminishing certain states (the caucus red states), and complained about her saying only certain states matter. Its just funny seeing the same stuff come out of your mouth. Because if you want to talk about who won states that will matter in the GE, you'll lose.

MI and FL really arent worth debating. They need to be seated for the good of the party, and for Dem chances in the fall. In all honesty if the situation were reversed Obama would be preaching for them to be seated, and Hill would be fighting it. Its not worth slamming either candidate. Unless you just want to vent.

Obama accepted the fact that FL and MI got punished and couldn't do anything about it. His name wasn't even on the ballot.

None of them could do anything about it, and each now is simply doing whats in their best interest. Him taking his name off the ballot was voluntary and strictly a political move and his mistake. Just as Hillary agreeing not to campaign was a political move and her mistake. They've both made stupid moves (admittedly her more than him), tough luck. She had the foresight to see they probably would be seated, he gambled on putting this away before then, he lost. Show some intellectual honesty here.

There's a nuance that you've ignored.

It's easy to find white people that are voting for Hillary simply because they are anti-black (racist). But I've yet to see any interviews of Black people voting for Barack because they are against whitey.

In fact, Blacks came out and voted in big numbers for previous white democratic presidents many times before. If there was indeed the same amount of racism by both sides like you contend there is, then look up what percentages of the Black vote Alan Keyes garnered. Or Jesse Jackson. I bet you they didn't get anywhere near Barack numbers.
