I usually just sneeze into my arm. And if im not quick enough to do that ill turn my head away from people to protect them from the inevitable blast of filth spewing forth from my mouth.

I do the same thing when I cough.. unless I'm alone and then i don't care.

I have caught myself on more than one occasion licking my thumb before trying to get something off of her face as well. (so involuntary, maybe it's instinct!)
