Looking for BWBW artwork

I'm looking for a hi-res scan of this image for a wallpaper I'm working on. It looks decent with the low resolution version, but would definitely look better with a hi-res scan. I'll post the low-res version if you'd like to see.

the problem is, that I do not know where this art work is from.. because it doesn't appear in any of the MCIS stuff or on the singles. the closes thing i have to that picture is without the birds in the plane.
