myspace pic help?

I noticed that some people are able to post a picture on the top of their page and push everything else underneath the pic. Can someone let me know how this is done? thanks.

It's done with html code but I dunno I've forgotten how to do myspace layouts a long time a go. Ask someone with the layout to send you their style sheet and you can just copy paste the corresponding section from there.
