This isn't some stranger harassing you and calling you a dumb ass. This is someone's mother harassing another teenage girl that she knows and driving her to kill herself.

You think this woman should just go and be free and have nothing ever done to her for what happened? Absurd.

First, prove it was the mother's actions, specifically the mother's actions, and the mother's actions only that drove the girl to kill herself. If you somehow had an AMAZING cache of evidence that would make Johnny Cochran turn in his grave that would somehow make this possible, okay, I'll humor you.

Second, create a law that makes that illegal.

If you want something done to her, ban her I.P. from myspace I guess.

Realize she's going to be a very unhappy person for the rest of her life (probably always has been) and the life to come, and that's the only justice that this society allows for. It is not possible to retroactively create and apply a law that remedies the injustice this woman is accused of. We do not live in a vigilante society and the government must enforce the laws that are in place according to the structure they're given. We limit government so they can't go out and fuck people over at will even when they haven't broken a law and I'd like to keep it that way.
