AAAAUGH I'm a cripple

OMG. I'm dying. I ran a 7.5 mile road race yesterday and I'm in so much pain

My legs are jelly. I can hardly walk up or down stairs...I'm used to that (was a runner years ago), but what really gets to me is that I feel like I've been punched in the kidneys, spine and chest. I can't turn my body, I can hardly breath, and my whole back and all my organs hurt.

ohhh. that is what that 'holy time warp' thread was about. i didn't want to click on it because i thought it had something to do with the rocky horror picture show. man, i hate the rocky horror picture show. some of the actors are really good, but that movie is so boring.
