no, you're always listed last because it's lists in the order that people had last accessed the server.. and since when you refresh you are the last one accessing it.. so HAH!

so explain to me why it's always in userid ascending order. maybe you, the current user, are listed last, but aside from that it appears to be all userid order.

The order goes according to the time you've accessed the server for the last time. So if you click refresh, you always appear on the last place. Since you cannot see the updates unless you click Refresh button again, you always see yourself as the last one in the line.

whenever andrew is online his name is always first on the list because he is user id number one. affect is always nearer towards the end of the list because he has a newer user name. the reason that you are always last on your own list is because it's you.
ammys right, if you would just check to see if what guz says is correct, you would find that the names are always listed by user id, with the exception of your own name on your own list.
