yeah, sleep is definitely recommended. Also some of that Ben & Jerry's Brownie Batter ice cream. Or some other chocolatey substance. And this might sound really weird but if there's something you used to love to eat as a child but don't eat anymore (like Kid's Cuisine, although ConAgra is the devil) that might help. Hope you feel better.

yeah, i have a lot of friends who did that. my university just wants us to get four years in the same foriegn language (well, at least for my major), but my highschool only offered two years. so i took two years of spanish in highschool, didn't learn SHIT (of course), and now i'm fucked here at the uni
