i have an irrational fear of anything cutting, piercing my wrists. simply seing your veins and tendons and thinking about them tattooing that area makes me squeamish

Nah. But I'm not a big tattoo person.

If I ever got one, it'd probably be around my calf/shin or whatever...or maybe my lower back, but over to one side.

But I don't think I'll ever get one.

shannon - i used to be really squeamish about anything sharp getting near my wrists, too. but i got a tattoo there after two of my friends did, and just as they said, it didn't hurt at all. in fact, it's the least painful of my tattoos.

meh...looks kind of silly to me. I can just see you when you're fifty going "why the crap did I put a freaking star on my wrist?". But that's just me. Maybe you should keep drawing it on there for a couple weeks/months (a little of a pain yeah but why not) to see what you think of it after it's been there a while. or something.

tonite i am going to get abnother tatoo.
choice one - shark jaw on the inside of elbow(so when i bend my arm, it bites)
or charlie brown sweater zigzag around chest(just outline for now and work on it)

im all about different tattoos or ones that make yeah laugh(like steve - o).
my zipper is doing a good job for the time being but the novelty has worn off for me(still love it though).

i was also thinking about having guts coming out of the opening of the zipper, like recealing the flesh and muscle beneath, but i think it may be to creepy.

Its pretty small, get a lager one i have had four done and i like them live for the moment and dont worry about when you get older if you stay in shape you will be fine and if youneglect your self you will not only look shit and fat but have shite tattoos aswell , hows that for incentive.

Mine on my wrists are really small and slightly off-center. And before I got them, I never saw anybody else with them...I had no idea that they were such a popular thing to get on the wrists. And they have a personal meaning to me.
