Default I saw "Funny Games" tonight

It kind of left me speechless. It's very disturbing. Even though a lot of the gore is offscreen it's still quite terrifying regardless. I'm not really sure what to think of it yet.

by DEADSY i mean "why don't you add this to the "ROLLING MOVIE THREAD" and grade it, instead of starting a new thread?

I read that you will either hate this movie or really enjoy it. The scene where Michael Pitt speaks to the audience directly, kind of stepping out of the scene, makes it easy to lose interest I hear. Not sure I would be put off by that concept personally though. This is actually a remake from 10 years ago by a movie of the same name by the same director\writer Michael Haneke. That in and of itself is pretty interesting.

she did in Mulholland Drive, as I am sure you know. The funny part is that Lynch didn't request the nudity until 3/4 the way through filming.

someone spraypainted "want to begin?" and "funny games" on the ground at my school with a stencil

is this advertising for a movie?

Yeah she does take her clothes off but its all offscreen. They show her from the shoulders up while shes doing it.
