So America Ferrerra just won Best Actress. Can someone explain to me why they're nominating non-black hispanic women? I mean I get that it's a black awards show - no problem with that. But why are they giving an award meant to honor those who improve the "image" of "Colored People" to her?

Or is this just an award show for everyone who isn't whitey
