My new "Door Gym" just arived

This is pretty cool if you like pull-up/chin-ups etc. And unlike the bars I was looking at beforehand you dont have to screw anything in so it dosn't damage your door frame.

Ive given it ago and it is totally stable, the way it is designed make it hold completely fast when downward force is applied. after giving it a test run i can say its an extremely clever design and wont slip off or fall down.

Interesting...I still think I'd be nervous about it slipping off when I was pulling up, which would lead to a pretty nasty fall. You'd probably get used to it though.

on that picture on the web site, the black and red bar rests on the top lip on the opposite side of the door frame, there is a small brace included in the package, in which that bar can slip into giving you extra support and security. But if you had a go on the one i just set up, it'd dispell your concerns right away, its great.
