when i saw myself in the mirror yesterday i realized that i do not have fat under my arms anymore. i guess the push-ups. bike riding. and walking have worked out well for me.

i rode 8 miles the other day by accident. i passed my destination by 3 miles or sumping. they need to make some street signs visible from both directions, ya know.
