they train you on all of it. i didn't really know a lot about nintendo before working there. they go through the history of their products and yadda yadda. a lot of the people who go to work there are in fact nerds. pretty much everyone east of lake washington is a nerd and works for a nerd company.

this is good research for me cause i'm gonna start my own game company one day and have a hotline. they might be kinda useless now but i've got a couple of hot scams lined up

I know someone who worked in the same department. she's now considered a nintendo expert and is all over spanish television promoting the wii.

the prank call stories she'd tell are priceless. Other things shed talk about were people who had roaches and bugs in their consoles.
