Israel will take care of the Iranian military and government when the time comes. And when that happens we can fight a proxy war with them as they have been doing with us.

ignoring the current massive overseas deployment, the US military doesn't have the manpower for such an action, hence the over-reliance on the national guard and the extended time-in-theatre requirements. large ground forces are contrary to the pentagon's intended and planned-for strategic view for the military. this is part of why they have had such a hard time holding what they have "gained".
