advice please

so as some of you may or may not know me and kiley have split and she wants me to vacate the house.

I feel that I shouldn't have to leave since I have paid every house note, paid the security deposit, application fee, etc.

On the lease both of us are listed as tenants and her mom is listed only as a co-signer....am I right to be the one to ask her to leave? I mean she doesn't work and there only is another month left on this lease anyway.

I just really don't know what to do, I don't have the time to find another place and paying for here and deposits etc for a new place would just put me in a rock and a hard place.

She has friends and family here and I don't so it's only fair I think, but I fear this is going to turn into something childish and nasty which I really want to avoid. Any advice would be most helpful.

I haven't yet because I haven't paid rent for Dec. yet and I was just planning on leaving and letting her dad carry the bill, but the more I thought about it the more I realized I have every right to take possession of this place.
