Our band did this and I went when I was in high school- we went to MGM the first day, Magic Kingdom the second, and Epcot the third. I think those parks were good, with MGM and Epcot we got to see pretty much everything we wanted, but with Magic Kingdom there was too much to see so we didn't get to do a lot of stuff. I would spend the most time at that one, plus the parade at the end of the night was really nice.

the theme parks mostly suck though. i can't believe they charge what they do. i used to go all the time for free when my parents worked for disney. 80 dollars to stand around in queues waiting to ride something.

MGM has the tower of terror and the rock and roller coaster. also star tours (cheesy simulator ride) also, muppets 3-d which is fairly entertaining. also the indiana jones show which is...not really interesting to anyone over the age of 12.

EPCOT has beer. fewer attractions with ridiculous lines. it also has what are in my opinion the best attractions. like the living seas, journey into the imagination, innovations...all that crap. also they've got the best music. there are some shit hot bands all over the park.

animal kingdom is alright...the best part is the safari where you're in an open air vehicle and there's nothing between you and the animals. also a petting zoo.

magic kingdom is cool and is pretty much exactly the same as when you went as a kid. teacups, space/thunder/splash mountains, the jungle cruise, pirates of the caribbean (recently modified with animatronic Keith Richards).

Since you have three days, i'd probably opt out of animal kingdom. while it's kind of cool, it's also kind of boring and it's easy to do everything there in less than a day.
