Yeah Lynnwood is probably best. The fucking traffic here is unbelievably awful and I'm amazed how many of my co-workers commute REALLY far to get to work.

Oh and neither of us are under water. I'm not sure if downtown Bellevue could get flooded since it's on high ground.
