look i don't want to push you into anything but it doesn't matter if it looks good or not if that's the problem you have. i can't draw worth shit and i have about 20 70-pages of vague lines that kind of look like tables and faces that looks like they've been drawn by a 7 year old. it's still been very therapeutic. you just use more parts of your brain to process things. the same thing with writing. i can obviously write decently in swedish but the theraputic writings i've done have just been stuff like "HATR HATE YOU YOU OFdsfs". now i just move my finger as it it was a pen.

I have always wanted to try some sort of scream therapy. I think it would be beneficial.
