My recipe for delicious chicken.

Take some boneless skinless chicken. Store it in some lukewarm water and salt for 30 minutes. (Opens up the chicken cells. Keeps the chicken moist during dry heat cooking.

Dice up equal portions of fresh garlic, vidalia onions, and mushrooms.

Cook the garlic, onions and mushrooms on low-med heat in a saucepan with some butter or olive oil to soften the veggies. Then add some chopped spinach to the saucepan briefly to help the spinach take some of the flavor. Take the garlic, mushrooms, onions and spinach and put into large mixing bowl. Add goat cheese to mixture. Stir thoroughly.

Remove chicken from brine solution. Slice open chicken along side to create a pocket inside the chicken in each slice. Stuff chicken full of spinach, cheese, garlic, onion, and mushroom mixture. Lick fingers for salmonella. Bake at 375 until cooked.

Delicious chicken is now finished.
