I'm a helper for the QA department at my job, and having to listen/grade calls is the most amazing thing ever. The best part is we get to hear what people are saying while they're on hold.

one call i listened to was this woman saying she needs to work on her customer service skills. she made a 67 on that call

i listened to one of my calls the other day where i had to put this complete asshole on hold like 5 times.

and every time i hit the hold button i let out this string of swears. the best one was fuckstick.

today i had a woman who was trapped inside of her car and couldn't open the door. she hung up on me.

technically there is a log of who calls and i could call her back, but i don't think you're supposed to call someone back if they get disconnected/hang up. It doesn't register correctly on the phone and you could either receive a call while you're trying to call the member back or it doesn't log the time if you're in after call.

I was a little upset when she hung up cause i really wanted to know why she couldn't open her door. She was yelling at me trying to tell me her location, but before I get her location I have to see if she even has roadside assistance. anyhow a cop showed up and the last thing I heard her yelling before she hung up was I CANT EVEN OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE POLICE! *silence*
