right now. pretty good. just kinda lonely. i've spent about 4 hours just watching youtube music videos. i decided i could just listen to winamp and do other things online instead. i put up a christmas tree today. im gonna take a picture of it later.

got some food/treats for my mice today.
i've been real depressed lately. but like.. for no reason.

actually, no. i can never get to sleep and once i do i find it hard to stay asleep. i stay up all night and still wake up early. i've been avoiding alcohol lately but on friday night i let temptation get the best of me and i drank too much and did/said a bunch of jerky things. i called my mom drunk and crying about killing myself. god. who drunk dials their mom? LOL

see if you have some sad memories or something that are starting to bubble up after you've been getting a bit calmer. try to process them by drawing or writing down what you think about the depressing memory. well that's what i've been doing when i've gotten into that weird state and it's helped me. perhaps it's not the same thing going on with you but who knows.

i know what bad memory bothers me the most but i just recently shared it. im usually really sweet and nice but when i drink i turn into this whole other person and i get angry and violent. blah blah blah. drinking was fun at first until i started drinking whole bottles of wine by myself and hurting people.

it sucks that everyone im friends with goes out to bars/parties and drinks. i really wanna hang out with people but i have to separate myself from everyone so as not to give into drinking. ergh :s
