The tea is much much worse! at least it gets it over and done with, you dont really taste it if you hold your nose. The thought of mushroom tea is actually making me gag now.

i've only tried the tea once and it was alright... i've found that grinding them up and putting them on toast with peanut butter does the trick

those things make me gag just looking at them, i could never eat them whole

Actually most people say that it doesn't make them nauseous. The heat breaks down some enzyme that people suspect is the thing that causes a sour stomach. I've found this to be true. It also kicks in faster, and harder.

If you make it with peppermint tea, you can't even taste the mushies. Just don't make it with chamomile or any light flowery tea - ugh

what i do is bake them into a pie, but only one slice of an 8 slice pie, and then i am forced to eat the entire pie to know for sure that i ate the shrooms.

And because everyone seems to ask me when I bring it up...

Take your eighth or whatever you eat, put them in a cup of hot water for about 5-10 mins, then take them out and squeeze the juice in it - I do that twice. Then you take the mushrooms out, put in a peppermint tea bag (peppermint also helps nausea!) and some sugar and ta-da! Tasty tea...and you don't even have to dig out the little mushroom bits out of your teeth!
