We're on their mailing list and they say how anyone who's got room for some people to stay with them on their tour stops to let them know. So we did. The tour manager got back to me and got our info, we said we could take 2-3 people. He forgot to call us after the show but we stuck around and saw one of the other members while I was outside having a cigarette...so he brought us inside and we met up with the other members and the tour manager. I had to hold the gigglefits in when Christina introduced herself and said she was going to be staying with us.

It was just pretty surreal. It doesn't matter if they're famous or not, if they're musicians you respect and go to their shows and buy their albums, getting to hang out and smoke pot with them is just too cool (she really liked my elephant bowl ). Plus now we have a place to stay if we ever make it out to Austin, which I'd really like to now that they've told us about it.

Well thanks for spending the time to explain it to me. I appreciate it. Pretty neat. I somewhat know what you mean when bands that you respect spend the time to talk with you, drink and smoke pot. I hope you and your man can make it out to Austin, sounds like it would be a fun time out there too.
