Congratulations, Navy.

Notre Dame is putrid. UCLA should be banned from football for getting beat at home by this shit team.

this man cannot defend himself at this point. i would rather have 20th ranked recruiting classes and have them be coached by a guy who had any idea what he was doing.

ND is looking absolutely idiotic for giving him that ridiculous extension.

Three INTs against a mediocre FSU team plus a loss equals a pretender exposed in BC and a black eye for Matt Ryan in terms of his Heisman hopes. I wonder who is going to be #2 after this weekend.

I thought McFadden's Heisman hopes were done, but after last night I don't see how it's not his to lose again. 323 rushing yards against an SEC defense? And a TD pass? I was there to see it live and in person and I still don't believe it. There is no possible way that there's a player in this country that's better than this guy.

I don't know. It wasn't even until about this point last year that McFadden really started running wild and even got on the Heisman radar. If that history and last night's performance is any indicator, McFadden might be primed for a big November. And if McFadden has a big month, it's always possible Arkansas might have a big month too. They do have to play Tennessee and LSU on the road, so it'd be tough, but McFadden did run all over both of those teams last year. If McFadden led Arkansas to victories in those games (and against Mississippi State), they'd be a not-so-mediocre 9-3. In my eternal optimism, I think that might be good enough to let people vote for McFadden in good conscience.

At any rate, I think it's become a two man race between Dixon and McFadden.

Well, UConn sure showed Netphoria up!

I went to see them play West Virginia last season. They held their own, but I've been away from the college football scene for basically the entire season, and I had no idea they were doing this well until my friend (huge UConn fan, has been since they were 1-AA) told me to start paying attention.

Texas is ranked right behind UConn but they would beat UConn without too much trouble. Poor Texas. They really shouldn't have blown it to K-State.
