yes, it is indeed a reference to the airport and is an instrumental piece from the moving pictures album. singer/bassist geddy lee is from toronto. i am seeing them in 2 weeks!

wow that's awesome. i've never done a marathon. i totally need more excersize. I started riding horses again recently but only once a week. i mostly walk a lot right now. when i was 20 i used to lifeguard and i was in the best shape because we had to swim, and jog everyday. i really want to do yoga but i havent had time to look for a place that i like. i dont think i'll be riding this week again, which is a bummer. there's so much work to do with our house. the last horse i got to was called Luna and she was very sweet but had alergies and was sneezing violently the whole time. i felt bad for her and me because we didn't get anything done really and she wasnt feeling well.

I did only half-marathon. I can't do more as of now. My legs are hurting like shit. The coming week will be brutal - I hope I will be able to move. Last two kilometers I seriously felt like I must be hurting my organism real bad. I also apparently stopped fully registering sounds around me - there was a big ass soundsystem setup that I discovered only on the walk from the finish. It was pretty loud and I had no recollection of noticing it while running. At that time the only thing I was noticing were strokes of my foot hitting the ground. All I cared about was to make it running on a steady pace from start to finish without any walking.

I'm up to 2 miles three times a week. I can't even fathom a half marathon. My legs would be on fire.

i've done my first 10k and now i'm gonna do my first half marathon next year. my girlfriend kinda did the ironman last summer so it seems like nothing.
