Completely meaningless.

Just goes to show that Iraqis are about as much of a group of mindless sheep as pro-war Americans are. If they had any sense in them, they'd be waving the Iraq flag and telling the U.S. soldiers that the oil is THEIRS.

yeah they're just celebrating because umm uhhh they think its a party for saddam yeah. They really loved him because those torture chambers are really where he held tickle parties

agreed... but need to get rid of the rest of the regime and little pockets of its military. Theres still units all over and there will be small rebel units over the next few months.

but agreed... secure things and let them walk on their own two feet for the first time in decades

Yes, Iraq needs to have some elections here pretty quick. While we clean up militarily, they can get themselves going politically. Then as the opposition is eliminated, they can elect leaders to form their own military, ect...
