First off, Caligula's idea is retarded and I'm glad you agree, Alex.

Secondly man it seems like he's not going to stop unless you do something drastic, so either inform one of the vice principles and let the vice principal know that if the boy attacks you one more time you are going to stand up for yourself, and a fight could break out, this way he'll hopefully take you seriously and probably call that kid in and hopefully warn/suspend him?

Another option is to put aside your personal preferences and quickly find a big, burly boyfriend to come to the school and beat him up for you

i think you should try and do certain things in a specific order in this situation:
1) document the who\what\when\where of each incident. you need to be able to say "on this date, at this time, this person did\said this in this room and this teacher and these students were around". this will be really useful later, no matter which option you end up taking. youll prolly have to forget about historical confrontations though.
2) dont start any fights, but continue to stand up for yourself. when people try to pull shit, give it back. stay around your group of friends.
3) tell your parents, then tell your dean. show them your proof and tell them you dont want to make a big deal out of this but something must be done. tell them what you told us, about how you dont want to finish out high school being picked on or getting kicked out. point out how you are not the instigator, thats important.

This story made me physically ill. If there is one thing that really pisses me off, it's people being mean to gay people. I'm ready to drive up there and beat the kid's ass and I don't even know you.

Good luck with your appointment. Be firm and don't let the headmaster downplay the situation. You have every right to be angry. (I dunno, I've been in situations before where I've talked to a principal or department head and they act like you are upset over nothing.)

Don't know if you give two shits about my opinion but here goes:

Just document the events that have occurred in the past. The school cannot pass on you reporting these incidents. Just bring up the fact that people are harassing you for your sexual orientation, and taking it to physical levels. Then just ramble off a few of the dates and actions that have happened. The kid sounds really intelligent.
