Thank you for your interest in joining Design Is Fuel. As we build our business, we are grateful that talented individuals
like you are considering being a part of a team that is sure to flourish.
We are pleased to offer you the position of Senior Designer at Design Is Fuel. Your responsibilities will be to work
under the Creative Director to lead design projects (interactive, flash, identity and print), and at times lead CSS frontend
development on projects as well as front-end Flash design & development. In addition, DIF will support you in your
efforts to grow your interactive skill sets for yourself and the company’s benefit.
As a Senior Designer, you will help to guide and complete deliverables, produce great work and manage/interface with
vendors and clients at times. There is not a perfect description of day to day, however your experience and a high
standard work ethic are important tools for success in any position.
As a full time employee your base salary would be $46,000 per year (plus health and stock options, see below). In
addition, we will offer you an opportunity to earn bonuses distributed after your annual review. Our standards and
expectations are very high, as are yours. You have become an invaluable member of the team and we would like to
grow our relationship together.
Medical benefits are available for individual selection. DIF will contribute $150 per month toward those benefits. The
benefits will begin in the first month of your employment. Please contact David, to arrange for discussion, review and
selection of your benefits package. You are eligible for 10 paid vacation days per year, they must be approved 30 days
in advance so your absence can be accounted for.
Lastly, in 2007 you will participate in the first distribution of the DIF Stock Option Plan. More details will be forthcoming
in the coming months.
