Somalians. We've had a huuuuge influx of them into my city, for whatever reason. they wander the hallways of our school all day. apparently they never go to class, make a lot of noise, block the hallways, and go in the gym and shoot hoops until our gym teacher gets all mad and kicks them out. but the problem is that all of our teachers are too wussy to tell them to get to class or ask them for a pass. I've seen some just walk out of the school, and the teacher is helpless. they don't want to look racist or anything, you know?

And here's my theory on drivers (at least in Chicago, which leads me to hate seeing most of these vehicles on the road beside me)

SUVs: People who are too cocky and think they rule the road, they can do anything because they have an off road vehicle.

Mini-Vans: Soccer moms that have millions of kids that are swinging in every direction. She's trying to shut them up while she's calling her babysitter on the cellphone, therefore she swerves in and out of every lane.

Big white vans: Old pervert men who are too busy hollering at girls to pay attention, not to mention the fact that they probably don't have brake lights and they love to use that brake pedal.

Lincolns, Mercurys, and other boats: Old people, their car is so shiny I go blind when its sunny, they're usually too small to see over the dash, they have a death grip on the wheel and could die at any moment.

Hooked up Hondas: Dumb pollock kids who got mommy to buy them a car, they're not worried about smashing it up because mommy will just buy them a new one. They also don't have much sense because they have the ugliest, biggest, supidest spoilers on the back.

I hate people.

Er, don't you have to be over 24 to file as non-dependent? I know lots of people who are under 24 and have to provide for themselves entirely.
If I'm wrong, can you please tell me how to become non-dependent because my mother and I would really like to know so I don't get screwed over financially.
