Should I go wake up my friend again?

My friend has class at 11:00 am (he's officially late now, and he really can't afford to skip anymore class....the dumbass), and he's my ride to school. I don't have class, but I need to do research at the library. A half-hour ago I woke him up, and he told me that he was mega-tired (he probably played Medal of Honor all night) and that I should go online and wait for him to get ready.

It's been about a half-hour and I don't hear anything upstairs.
