It took me a few mins to realize this too. A bunch of people had shit on their heads and had some balloons with bitchy sayings tied to their chairs. I thought they might be having a party there or something, but turns out they do that shit to anyone. What if you generally have a complaint at Dick's? Does it go unanswered?
