DO NOT go for methadone. that shit stays in your system days after you don't feel the effects, and any combo of antidepressants and/or sleeping pills could kill you. that's how a lot of recovering junkies accidentally overdose, they're not aware of how long it stays in your liver/bloodstream and think its over then BAM stiff and cold.

it should only take about an hour at most. morphine usually hits pretty hard once digested. I prefer the lighter opiates like the loretabs and such. hydromorphine will fuck you up more than you've ever been fucked in your LIFE, and you should be video taped because you will not remember anything.....and people could extract your kidney in the bath tub ;-p.
find someone that's had their wisdom teeth out, or a back injury or something and get their shit.

one time i was on a xanax/adderall binge and i taped myself. it was so embarrassing and i didn't remember shit about it.

i don't have too much to add to this, other than morphine was a pretty decent and pleasant high. i always railed it, and never did more than 30mg at a time. very nice, until later when you realize that you've been scratching yourself involuntarily for a half an hour.

i used to live with my ex who had a CONSTANT supply of opiates, and she took it way too far. if she had a headache, she'd pop a morphine. if she was having back pain, she's pop a codiene and a percocet. if she was hungover, she'd pop a vicadin and a couple xanax. without getting into too much detail, it was for the very best that she and i stopped talking...

overall, the morphine high was pretty lame. maybe the dosage was too small? the only noticeable effect was i was a lot more tired and it felt really, really good to lay down and just close my eyes for about 20 mins before i went to sleep.

The L thing was proabably Lorazepam. As for the morphine, the effects are pretty similar to oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), methadone and even dihydrocodeine and codeine to an extent. Although the latter are fairly weaker, take enough of any of them and the high's not much different, at least for someone who isn't a regular opiate user.

I do find morphine a bit more euphoric than other opiates barring heroin. Morphine and heroin are pretty much on par with each other for me, but when you first start on heroin, or only take it on occassion, you'll get the extra benefit of an initial rush (morphine comes on more subtly in comparison). Bear in mind also, I've never taken morphine orally, so I can't really comment on that. Since we're on the subject of opiates; stay away from codeine if you can get something better, it's a lot meaner than the rest, when it comes to giving you the itches (and never mainline it unless you like pain and possibly death).

Oh and I wouldn't bother with the methadone personally. It's okay if you can't get any other gear, but I've never found it as euphoric as heroin or morphine. It just lasts longer. If you can get it, I recommend everyone try pure unadulterated, medical-grade diamorphine at least once. It's the epitome of "nothing matters" in an ampoule.

Obviously to get the best bang for the buck, you'd be best off cooking up those morphine pills and shooting them. Just be careful, I don't advise it if you've an addictive personality and regular access. Oh and if you come accross any Fentanyl, you're probably best off stearing clear of that, at least for now.

EDIT: It's common sense anyway, but I forgot to add; if you're gonna try again with an increased dose, don't do it on an empty stomach. Makes you more nauseaus.

those are most common.... those are xrs, if you break them in half it will fuck up the xr and give straight dose. 30mg of those should fuck you up plenty. I still get a buzz off a 60mg you should be fine with half of one.

It all kinda depends on the mg size and the stamp... some of the manufacturers make shit pills

Yeah i think those are controlled release (I think Roxanne makes those?) anywho you may be taking 15mg but you're getting about 2.5mg an hour (pretty shitty)

if you get em again crush them up and put em in something carbonated and down it (doesnt taste as bad as you think) or if your balls have dropped just chew em up

odds are you didnt feel em well but later on in the night you got a little nod going on
