No! It's terrible! And it mocks me with the cheery CapitalOne Lady reminding me how much easier it is to do stuff online when that is what I am having problems with. There is no automatic option that matches my query so now I will probably have to pay extra to TALK TO A PERSON.

I heard it on the recording, it said something like a $19 fee or some shit to speak to a representative as opposed to doing it online WHICH IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO.

ive never had any problems with c1
i was worried the time my card got stolen but that worked out well some family got to eat for a weekend and i didnt have to pay for it |

Scratch that, the real person fee is only $10. I guess that is not too bad. I must have gotten it confused with all the other numbers they are saying.
I have never had any problems with CapitalOne either until my online log in suddenly stopped working and I tried calling their Customer Service line. |

Seriously, $10 fee to talk to a person? Fuck that, especially since it's because their shit is fucking up.
