Slipping on Ice IN PUBLIC

Embarassing!

I slipped down my concrete stairs at my house and i bruised my tailbone and elbow.

and what's worse is a guy was walking down my street as it happened.

i hope he didn't see me.

In my old high school, the field house was where the gym was and you had to walk from the main bldg to the fieldhouse every day and there was a big concrete starway to the basement level of the fieldhouse where the health classrooms were.

Of course, it being Montana, the steps were usually covered in ice.

One day I was going down the stairs and my feet just flew underneath me and i landed at the bottom of the stairs. I was in pain and was trying to cry, but the air was knocked out of me so I couldn't even say "help me" or "oh fuck" or anything. It was in between periods so finally, when the bell rang someone got me and dragged me into the nurse's so I could start breathing again.

But yes, it was embarassing but it was more painful than anything.

aww heh it's ok. You didn't really hurt yourself or anything did you? Sometimes it's even better when people (well your friends I guess) see you do those things because it makes it funnier, you know what I mean?

yeah. i did.

i have a huge ugly bruise on my elbow and one on my tailbone.

i practically crawled back into my house in near tears because it hurt so much.

i took some advil but my tailbone still hurts.

My s/o slipped on ice when he was ice skating one day. I was very embarassed for him.

I hate slipping up and having accidents when people are around to see me too, oui henry. I know how you feel. I hope you feel better.
