parody? it's a pretty good mix, and the guy is actually a good enough rapper that it doesn't sound like a total "andrew pakula" job, but bad rapping is half of what makes rap parodies funny to begin with. the other half is comedy in the lyrics, and i don't see that. basically the guy switched up the words, but kept the original subject matter and sentiment.

bottom line: there's no funny here. i can honestly say i have written (but not recorded) better rap parodies, including an "in da club" spoof, none of which shall be posted here.

The book I got is called "Witty Comebacks to Attention Whores." In chapter 7, there's a section called "Fake Parodies." It says when someone posts a 50 cent parody that you don't care for, simply say 'that's not even a 5 cent parody.' That will show them!
