Default Netphoria Burnout

I think it was the War board that did it to me. I just don't feel like posting, I read and read, but i get this: "it's already all been done/don't waste your time feeling."

Anyone else burned out on netphoria?

I was, a year ago (think it was February of last year), so I decided to leave. Experimented with the Zwan board a little bit for some unknown reason... got tired of them pretty quickly and found myself coming back here occasionally just for fun. A few days ago I decided to register a new name and start posting again...

So yeah, you should maybe just take a break for a while. I wasn't planning on coming back here at all, but I guess Netphoria eventually sucks you back in. The internet is pretty boring, really, there's not much to do online other than this...

I get like that all the time - which is why my post count is as low as it is considering that I've been here since '99 and am on here every day (while I'm at work). It's not a big deal for me though. Netphoria can only be as interesting as the people here are - and I don't think anyone here is always in entertain mode. It's all good though.

Sometimes it gets old, then something at least moderately interesting happens and it piques my interest once again.

I always have to be on Netphoria for a long time (at least an hour) before I get "sucked in". There are periods, like last 2 weeks, that I don't feel like staying here that long for one visit.

I'm notorious for coming and going.

I nearly went a year without this place, but then it sucked my back in.

Why do you think I leave for months at a time?

That's a shame.

woah hey now, that sucks. don't leave.

I think maybe I've gotten burned out on netphoria, but only for a couple days or something. I'm always reading but maybe not always posting (lucky for you guys). Netphoria is the most entertaining thing I've found to do on the internet. It's even better than those addicting little mind games and stuff.

i don't get burnt out because i don't come on all that often. Or i come almost every day but i don't stay on the internet for hours at a time so i really just don' get the chance to get burnt out. Which is pretty sad considering i've been here 5 years now.
