Angry I'm going to KILL my roommate!

I took her still-wet clothes out last night, because she left her clothes in the washer for two days. She has more fucking clothes than one person can even wear, while all I have are a few shirts and three pairs of pants, which were all soaking wet, because I'd washed them early Sunday after she finally took her clothes out of the washer and was waiting all fucking day for my roommate to finish up drying her fucking laundry, which she never did.

She wears a uniform to work, five of which she has clean and hanging up in her closet. There was no reason she needed to be leaving her clothes in there for another two days. It was late at night by this time, and my clothes--everything I own--were still in the washer, soaking wet. I NEEDED clothes for work the next morning. So I took her clothes out of the dryer, and put mine in, figuring I'd just stick her clothes in before I left for work.

At five a.m. today, she took out all my stuff, put her clothes back in, and didn't even turn the machine on! What's the point in that? FUCK. I have to be at work in less than half an hour, and my clothes are still soaking wet. I have NOTHING to wear now, and I'm most likely going to have to call my boss and tell him I have to come in late b/c my clothes aren't dry. Shit.

Odd, isn't it, how I have four roommates and this never happens with the other three? I'm going to kill that bitch.

hm. that is odd. where i live there's basically a 10-minute grace period and after that it's all snap snap i'm moving yo' laundry. yeah. and i don't get it. you took her laundry out at night and put yours in, and by 5 am it still wasn't done dry ing? lemme try reading it again. but yeah. what you should do is all like. i dunno. is there a laundry basket in there? just throw it in the laundry basket and hide it somewhere until you're done drying. mhm. *nods*

I do that sometimes at home, just forget about the laundry that's in the washer, or leave the house when I'm doing my laundry.... My mother usually ends up throwing my wet laundry on the floor/basket so she can do hers. Then I just end up rewashing my stuff again.

Sounds like you pissed her off and she is trying to piss you off. It's not about laundry.

She left her clothes in the washer for two days? that's gross...she'd have to wash them again anyway. I'm sorry your rommate sucks. Try and divert the argument away from the clothes though....being insanely cheerful to those you hate is sometimes the best revenge .

All four of us in the house are getting seriously pissed by our roommate's laundry habits. There's some other shit too, with her always having her boyfriend over, and we've been trying to have house meetings to confront her about all that's happening, but she either won't show up for the meetings, or she'll show up late and bring her boyfriend, so it's not a meeting at all.

Samsa, I only put my laundry in for one cycle--it was late and I was tired, so I went to sleep immediately afterward. At five a.m., my roommate got up to go to work. I was going to run the dryer again once I woke up.

Unhappy

The laundry machines in my building are evil-they don't dry my clothes properly and i have to kick them to make them start.
