Come on guys. Let's be fair to Tommy Glavine. Playing in the post-season is not as easy as it looks.

See, the thing is this: I have been watching the Braves since I was about 7, which makes that about 11 years. Glavine has been a pretty good pitcher for the majority of those years, and an ace for a decent proportion.

Braves fans are just spoiled by the pitching of Maddux and Glavine. Those guys have had great careers and now they are getting older and stiffer and losing their touch.

It's like when the A student makes a C, no one can believe it, but when the C student makes a C, it's normal.

Giants vs. Braves are some veteren teams. Old even. So, anything can happen in Game 5.

I just heard that stat about starters going 2-12 with a 6-plus ERA the last 20 times in the playoffs...which only makes me wonder WHY THE FUCK Art Howe fucking blew off Cory Lidle from the rotation (he was only about the hottest pitcher in the game down the stretch). BUT noooo!!! TED FUCKING PUSSY LILLY gets to pitch, because he's Billy Beane's boy and Art is such a nice guy he fucking blew off the rest of the staff to pitch this damaged-goods-puss-lefty thats a walking damaged rotator cuff who pitches like a fucking girl! FUCK!!!

Yeah, he does certainly suck. I mean, he has a couple bad games and suddenly no one is going to want to pick him up next season. Man, both he and Randy Johnson are going to be in trouble next year... how are they going to be able to live if no one will pay them?

Millwood's all rested up and after the Braves finish off the giants, they can host the cardinals and extract a little revenge for 2000.
