There was, but it definitely deserves another. One of the most stressful movies I've ever watched, but totally fucking beautiful. That whole opening scene was amazing.

I'd rather not compare the two. But if I had to pick one to watch over and over, it'd probably be the first one. That's mostly due to the raging boner I got for Cillian Murphy, though.

Overall, I'd say yes. I think the first 2/3 or so of 28 Days Later was great, but the whole movie fell apart in the third act. 28 Weeks Later is a lot more consistent. I don't know if it reaches the same peaks the first one did, but its pretty damn good from start to finish.
