No, but I wouldn't mind if someone did. I hate long phone calls, so having someone call while they're on their way from Point A to Point B sounds pretty ideal to me.

i get phonecalls from random places about once a month.. and they ask for someone and it's never the same name they ask for or state theyre calling from but i still think it must be some elaborate prank because everyone knows how much i hate talking on the phone.

to answer the thread question, no. nobody calls me unless they want to see me or they want something from me. bastards. if someone called me on their way to work for no reason i would probably tell them i left a pie in the oven.

i love to call people if i'm stuck in traffic, or walking somewhere, or if i have a little bit of free time. i wish they called me like that too, i guess it makes me feel good if someone's thinking about me..

because i don't like wasting airtime talking about nothing?

if someone's really thinking about me and wants to make a gesture, they'll send me a note in the mail or something more quaint. it feels more special than an "i'm buying time" phonecall.
