the icing on the godawful cake was this Inzaghi retard scoring 2 goals. What an asshead. The Uefa final was such an entertaining match, this was awful.

When the ball rebounded off Inzaghi at around 85 minutes and he went down like he'd been shot was probably the funniest and most frustrating thing iv ever seen.

the added time was a joke: they got +3 minutes, milan made a sub during this period (which should have added maybe another 15-20 seconds) and the referee blows after only 2:40. they were denied the opportunity to knock the ball in towards crouch one last time. incidentally, benitez should have thrown crouch on 10 minutes earlier.

If it had been any other English team, I'd have cheered them on, but there's no way on god's earth I want Liverpool to win any football match, nevermind the Champions League final.

* They have the most arrogant fans in England - they genuinely believed that they were the best side in europe in 2005 when they fluked the CL final, despite the fact they finished 5th in their own league
* The majority of their 'fans' have never even been to Liverpool, nevermind to a game
* They play the most tedious football of any european side
* They moan to UEFA at every opportunity (when they finished outside the top4 in 2005 but still wanted to defend the CL trophy; when they wanted to sign mascherano this season despite the fact it controvened UEFA regulations)
* It's their fault that English clubs were banned from european competition following rioting at Heysel in the mid-80's - still, they have the "best fans in the world". Oh, and guess which team won the English league that season and hence was banned from entering the European Cup...? I'll give you a clue...look at the avatar to the left.
