Arrow BUMP for new people - 31 variations on the Rocket theme.

Since we have so many noobs, maybe some of them would be interested in participating in this. Also, I guess every noob should listen to LDS' Roquet edition.
Noobs, please read (and possibly participate):

My question is, should we all do the same thing for a Pumpkins song?

If so, I nominate the Rocket riff. It's just so bouncy and fun that you can't help but get creative with it.

The rules of the game are as follows:

1) You don't have to stick to the direct tablature of the Rocket riff (you can find so many different variations of that riff tab on the net anyways), but it does have to resemble it in some way.

2) Your variation can ******* using different instruments, effects, tempos, variations (your own brand - these are the most interesting) and whatnot to create something that was clearly inspired by Rocket, but isn't Rocket in it's pure form.

3) Don't make your variation 4 minutes long. I suggest a length from 30 seconds to a minute and a half. I'll probably be aiming mine to be around the forty second mark. You want to give an appetizer, not a full meal.

4) Be creative!!! Have some fun with it. Every Pumpkins fan with a guitar has surely tried this riff before, so there should be no problem in signing up and adding your own contribution.

There are 33 spots (more to be filled if there is greater interest), so the sign-up is now. The first post (this one) will keep us all updated on the positions, sign-ups, and progress of the works. I'm taking the eleventh spot.

My real one's the one that's minor-style. The Dan one starts off like regular Rocket and changes to the other version halfway through, and ends up shit

hey Jerome, I am not sure if you want to record your guitar with mic as well, but I recorded all my vocals for this thing singing into headphones

I vote for Speed Kills!

What is everyone using to record? I've got a decent sounding acoustic, but nothing really good so far as mics or programs. Any recommendations in that department?
