she sounds quite like the singer of Owls (not the cap n jazz spinoff). They might be leaning more towards twee/bubblegum pop, but you might want to check them out as well:

have you heard brown feather sparrow? i think the Finches really sound like them. especially the male / female singing harmony parts.
