Thumbs down help! can you end a sentence with "regardless"?

yes I am aware of how uncool this is.

Is it proper to just write, "I hope you all had a good time regardless", or do you have to put something else at the end, like, "...regardless of Sally's atrocious cherries jubilee recipe"? What's the rule on that? I can never remember this kind of stuff. If you answer I'll send you some brownies that I'm about to bake!
