by the way, from what I've read during the killings some serial killers go into a sort of trance and it just kind of becomes this weird animal instinct and they don't know what they've done.. kind of a half dream like state. Obviously there are others though who have a 'motive' of their own (or an outside force) for the killings.

um. i copy and paste the url (right click, properties) then i click on the IMG button and paste the url into the box that pops up.

Well the more I've read on the matter, it doesn't seem so cut and dried. Like it's possible he wasn't the mastermind behind the bombing, and when he confessed he was protecting everyone else... which would make him a martyr, and although he'd be protecting people who shouldn't be protected, it's a lot better than actually being guilty of the real crime. I don't know if you actually meant to abstract it this way, but you described what happened as 'blowing up a building' - but it was a calculated attempt to kill people. I mean, if it was symbolic and an attempt to destroy part of the government's infrastructure, it could have been done at night. And that's not to mention the whole creche thing. He was obviously an intelligent man, and he seemed like a really nice guy with some good views on many matters... which is why it's so creepy that someone like that could perpetrate a mass killing so easily. He may not have sought out people individually and murdered them one by one, but he still knew what the result was going to be.

oh yeah. it's absolutely vague. i mean. 'blowing up a building'. yeah. i do think, i think, that the building had at least more symbolic importance than the people, the building being a *federal* building and the people being, as tim mcveigh put it, 'collateral damage'. umm. yeah. no one reallly knows. not sure they'll ever know. he claims he didn't know there were children in the building. then he says iraq had daycare centers in government buildings and the us blew them up or something or that the us says the us daycare centers are 'convenient' while the iraq daycare centers are like, a 'protection' or, god knows if he knew there were children in there. i don't know why he'd lie about it when he already said they were collateral damage and he wasn't sorry. i don't know.

as for why theyd idn't do it at night, why should they? i mean they obviously didn't care TOO much about saving people's lives i just don't think it was the main purpose to kill people. or if it was it was sort of a means to an ends.
