While i think Monte is a fucking dipshit for doing what he did, i also think this matter should be dealt with personally and off of The Phoria. what Monte did was pretty low though..

This is called idealism. It doesn't work. Let's say someone has a bootleg I want, but they won't share it. Am I going to break into their house and steal a copy? No, I'm going to be smart and negotiate myself a copy from them or someone else somehow. It's the only fair way to go about it. I, personally, am not a trader and share everything I can. But if someone copied me a bootleg as a favor and asked me not to share it, I wouldn't. You can't force the world to work the way you want it to, but you can be decent to the people in it.

First, I would like to point out that I never mentioned who it was who did this. I didn't even say it was a Netphorian. It was not until Jon came into the thread that he identified himself. If he had wanted to keep it a personal matter, he could have sent me a PM or e-mail saying such. He responded, thus making it the big hoopla that it has become.

I don't have anything against Mormons. I don't have anything against Satanists. I don't fucking care. Just don't preach to me. This was not an anti-Mormon thread. I used the term "Mormon" to identify the person without really identifying him. In a way, it was a shot at the hypocrisy of religion in general, but that was not my intent when I posted this.

Just for the record, this is the PM I sent to Jon two days ago in case any of you care.

And do I agree, this was a personal matter which would have been better served in a private forum, but after your Monday night conversation with Jenni and the fact that you showed no remorse or expressed no sorrow, I felt that it might do you some good to see that it was not only Jenni and I who felt that what you did was wrong.
