i really love garlic- big pieces of it in my pasta and vegetables or salad. My favorite thing ever is my garlic mashed i make with lots of garlic, chives and cheese. Oh man, and a big clove of roasted garlic with goats cheese and tomatos

Roasted cloves of garlic is best on pizza. With spinach, olive oil and nutritional yeast instead of cheese, and fresh tomatoes and onions and olives even though I hate them, and oohhh man. Sooo good.

nutritional yeast sounds frightening to me. I guess, technically, bacteria in cheese and yogurt is also kind of gross.
