Jimi plays Berkeley DVD was trash. Live at Berkeley vinyl is amazing.

Personally I enjoyed the "Jimi Hendrix: Deluxe Edition" (the cover is of Jimi in a red jacket sitting on a stool playing a 12-String acoustic).

http://www.secondspin.com/amgcover/d...59930ujp8z.jpg

It has pretty good interviews talking about Jimi's music. It has a totally stoned Pete Townsend talking about Jimi (also guys like Eric Clapton, Little Richards, Mick Jagger). I liked the interviews with the brothers he lived with in the Village & his exes.

It's worth it just to hear him play "Like a Rolling Stone" and "Hear my Train a'comin" (the latter on the 12-string acoustic).
