Imagine a day where things go well for you. You're on. More urbane than usual, a bit quicker in thought, people laugh at your jokes and smile in your direction. Or, perhaps it's a day when that essay you've been working on nearly completes itself, writing it is so easy for you.

Do you find that on the following day you aren't quite as capable as you are normally? A bit slower, irratible maybe even? As though there were some inverse that afflicted you after your good day.
